I loved the Extra Slim Brow pencil since it gives me a natural appearance that isn’t too harsh and is extremely easy to apply.

  1. How long did it take for you to complete this look, and which of it was your favourite part to do?

It took me around 2 hours to do the makeup. I had prepared the props, costume, and recorded audio the day before. Editing the video was my favourite part. It gave me the chills. After this piece, I literally stopped creating Halloween makeups.

  1. Tell us more about this look? Where did you get the inspiration from?

I was inspired by Daiyan Trisha’s new song, Penat, and my mother just performed a play with her students based on the legend of La Llorna. La Llorona was tired of waiting for her husband, who was always on the travels and falling out of love with her, thus the song and tale of La Llorona seem to match.

  1. How do you stay abreast of the latest beauty trends?

Truth is I don’t. It is challenging to keep up with the latest trends all of the time. Whatever makes you feel the most at comfort while doing it is the greatest for me! When I’m not too busy, I’ll check out Beauty Insider’s articles, trending reels, and of course Tiktok!

  1. How did you get your start in makeup?

Makeup content? I noticed one day that I had purchased far too much makeup and was not utilizing it. So I embarked on a project to make use of all of the palettes by creating a video tutorial and I also wanted to put my makeup skills into practice.

  1. Can you share with us your earliest beauty or makeup memory?

I used to play makeup with my younger sister all the time when I was in elementary school. I recall making her seem like a clown with blue eyeshadow, pink lipstick, and smeared eyeliner all over her face. I’d say it was my mother who got me started with makeup; she used to bring me Avon catalogues, and I used to buy the little lipsticks from them.
