I don’t know about you, but for me, the longer the lashes, the better. There’s just something about the length of the lashes that reaches up to the sky that’ll make my appearance better. I feel prettier, too—even without the thick glamorous false lashes, I will make sure to coat the heck out of my lashes with a few layers of mascara. All of that just to make my eyes appear bigger and fresher. Maybe that’s what they meant when they say eyes are the window to the soul? That’s why everytime Beauty YouTuber Loz Curtis uploads a new content, I’ll be the first to click on it. Why? Because she always has the best-looking lashes—every damn day.

Loz or Lauren Curtis was given the title #LashQueen for a reason. Here’s a challenge, if you go through her Instagram account, try to find at least one photo where she doesn’t have her lashes on fleek. You can’t. And between her lashes, her dog and her fine as heck boyfriend, I don’t know which one I am dying to put my hands on (lol). Anyhow, the good news is, partially, you can at least get the same lashes as Loz Curtis because she’s dropping her own mascara brand called LOUNGEFACE Lash. And best believe, we’re gonna spend all of our savings to get her inspired-looking lashes.

And naturally, if you’re a true follower of Loz Curtis since day one, you’ll know that she always nailed any eye look—eyeshadows tutorial, eyeliner, eyebrows, etc, you name it. Whatever the tasks given, she’ll definitely get the job done and better. So if anything that came out from Lauren Curtis’s source of ideas, we’ll pay attention. Beauty Insider has all the deets you need from Lauren Curtis’ new brand of mascara, and most importantly, how she managed to keep her lashes that ~long~.

What We Know About LOUNGEFACE Lash

First and foremost, let’s all give a warm welcome to the future of mascara games. Believe it or not, this magic wand from LOUNGEFACE Lash will bring your lashes to the different dimensions that you’ll never know you needed. And of course, it is worth the hype. Lauren made sure to create her ‘’first child’’ with vegan, cruelty-free, smudge-proof, water-resistant, long wearing and flake resistant formulas. Whew, that’s a lot but it sure as heck looks good. Even the tube already sold us. It gave us a very minimalist aesthetic that suits go hand in hand with today’s generation. Sometimes less is more. And Lauren wanted to give us something that ‘’let the product speak for itself’’, and leave the over-dramatic packaging behind. Good idea, girl.

Introducing The Tubular Mascara

Here’s what you should know about Lauren’s new mascara. It’s not exactly the basic mascara that you’ll find in the beauty staples, it’s a powerhouse product for a reason. Because specifically, it will be called ‘’tubular mascaras’’. What’s a tubular mascara anyway? It’s an exceptionally made mascara that contains special polymers that wrap around each individual lash, resulting in little tubes or bushes. In other words, some even said it’s like a socks hugging and protecting your lashes, individually. Holy crap, how fantastic? And what differentiates this tubular mascara from the traditional mascara is that this LOUNGEFACE Lash mascara will help paint your lashes with a high pigmented texture, leaving them looking fuller, thicker and longer. And thanks to the polymer formula, you can expect less smudge, less clump and fallouts.

Lauren’s Signature Lash Routine

Moving on, the secrets that we’re dying to find out—how did Lauren manage to keep her lashes healthy and lengthy all the time? Surely it is not just from mascara application, or she can’t be depending on just lash lift procedure. Whatever it is, we’re dying to know. Good thing though, during the release, Lauren finally revealed the answer to the most asked question in her life. She said, ‘’Every couple of months, I’ll tint my lashes using a black or blue (surprise) kit. I did it on my own at home.’’ Wait, there’s a thing called DIY lash tint? I learn new things everyday. For curling her eyelashes, Laure said, ‘’Before I coat my lashes with any mascaras, I’ll make sure to give a good amount of curl’’. She then further explained when coating your lashes with mascaras, make sure you’re starting at the outside of the lash line, and then slowly move towards the inner corner. She added, ‘’I always make sure to apply mascara in the same direction to avoid clumpy.’’ Lauren then taught us something that we never knew we needed. ‘’Pull the wand upwards at a 45-degree angle towards the tail of your eyebrow. It will create a dimension to your eye and make your lashes look as long as possible. Now that’s a technique!
