Arcona was founded in Los Angeles. The essence of the Arcona line is Arcona’s Basic Five. There are four sets of basic five for different types of skin (normal, oily, dry and problem types). A Basic-Five set consists of a cleanser / exfoliator, a hydrator (gel) and a serum for the morning routine; and a cleanser and a night serum for the night routine. Arcona products contain enzymes, antioxidants, essential oils and retinols. Ingredients are extracted through cold-process so that their properties are not destroyed by heat.
