Launched in the 1950s by a renowned biochemist Jeanine Mariissal, the brand is often reckoned as a pioneer to luxe skin-loving products. The whole idea of the brand started when Jeanine had the idea to add plankton from the mountainous thermal springs at Molitg-Les-Bains to skincare.
