Zoeva is a cosmetic brand founded in Germany by Zoe Boikou, who was born in Greece and moved to German at an early age. Zoe discovered there was  a lack of high-quality makeup brushes at reasonably prices on the market and took matters into her own hands. She began selling makeup brushes on eBay in 2008.

A decade later, ZOEVA’s collection has grown from 10 brushes to nearly 300 makeup products and tools. Zoe remains committed to creating quality products at a reasonable price.
