3. Walking & Jogging

It is quite hard to find the motivation to keep up with exercise every day. A simple solution is to simply walk! Starting slow, you can go for a short 1-minute walk every morning. If you aren’t a morning person, take a walk before or after dinner. Walking is the easiest tip you can do to help lose that belly fat. Even if it’s just a short walk, it could help in the long run! Cooking your own meals is also a great way to track your calories and lose some belly fat. A good alternative to cooking fats is coconut oil! It is one of the healthiest fats you can consume. But, coconut oil is also high in calories. So, make sure that you are replacing some of the usual fats you consume with coconut oil. Not adding more fats to your diet.
