Centro has over 16 years in the industry, and received numerous awards, including Harper’s Bazaar “Hair Salon of the Year” 2016 and 2018; Cleo Magazine Malaysia’s “Best Hair Salon Services” in 2014 and 2015; and Winner of the 2006 L’Oreal Colour Trophy. Creative Director Kevin Woo has been the L’Oreal Artistic Ambassador since 2008.

The salon has a a free retouch policy of within 7 days for haircuts, coloring, perming and rebonding should these services fall short of customer expectations.
