Tommy Leong and Ben Lim founded a hair salon named Cutting Design in Johor in 1995. Their mission is to have a salon to create trends. Currently branded under Toyako and has six outlets and one coming soon in Paradigm Mall Johor. Named after a famous Hokkaido lake, the group is hoping associate themselves with the tranquil lake, to bring confidence and peace of mind with their salons.
