Gucci Bloom Eau de Toilette, the newest aroma to join the garden of dreams, will help you bloom into your true self. The scent, which will be available in April 2022, is a bright version of Bloom’s original hallmark, evoking vigour and light. Floria Sigismondi’s campaign, which stars Anjelica Huston, Florence Welch, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Susie Cave and is inspired by Alessandro Michele’s creation, returns to a surrealist environment to explore the floral Bloom world’s imagination and identity.

The Gucci Bloom Story

Gucci Bloom Eau de Parfum was the first fragrance created entirely by Alessandro Michele, and it was inspired by the idea of perfect authenticity. The fragrance is characterised by a trio of Jasmine Bud extract, Tuberose, and Rangoon Creeper, and was created by Master Perfumer Alberto Morillas under the direction of Alessandro Michele. Gucci Bloom allows ladies to flourish in a natural, expressive, and individual way, just like the fragrance’s name suggests. All of the scents honour the vibrancy and diversity of those who identify with the House’s contemporary philosophy, for those who live life and its fruits in order to blossom into their true selves.

The New Scent – Gucci Bloom Eau de Toilette

The Bloom bouquet’s newest addition is a softer, more luminous take of the Bloom hallmark that softly invites women to bloom into their genuine selves. With its trio of Jasmine, Tuberose, and Rangoon Creeper, the scent embarks on a voyage of self-discovery based on empowering notions and connection through diversity, staying true to the ingredients of the original Gucci Bloom Eau de Parfum. Gucci Bloom Eau de Toilette captures the rich aroma of a thriving garden packed with an abundance of flowers, evoking the essence of the Bloom garden when bathed in the lyrical opalescent light of dawn, when every blossom is exalted by morning dew. The addition of Neroli accord adds a honeyed sweetness and a green citrus dimension to the perfume, its delicate freshness and ethereal brilliance embodying this brilliant twist on Bloom’s spectacular white floral trademark.

The Design

Gucci Bloom Eau de Toilette is a reinterpretation of the original Gucci Bloom bottle with a new subtly softer pink tone to express the scent’s effortlessly light brightness. The Toile de Jouy Herbarium House print of leaves, cherry branches, and flowers is framed in black and presented in a frosted and luminous square-shaped glass bottle to provide freshness and vigour. The same pattern and colour palette are used on the iconic exterior packaging.

The Campaign

Floria Sigismondi, an award-winning photographer and director, directed the campaign, which features four dynamic women from the Gucci Bloom family. The shots are set in the ancient setting of La Scarzuola feature director and actor Anjelica Huston, singer-songwriter Florence Welch, actor Jodie Turner-Smith, and designer Susie Cave, revealing the genuine heart of the fascinating Bloom universe. The garden dreamscape is equipped with a wishing well, water gardens, and floral explosions, once again exploring the mysterious world of female sensibility.
