Cucumbers cool your skin and reduce swelling and inflammation. They contain skin-lightening properties to further help in reducing dark circles under the eye.

Refrigerate cucumbers, place a thick slice of peeled cucumber over each of your eyes. Leave them on for around 10 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Grate a raw potato, squeeze out the juice. Saturate a ball of cotton wool with the potato juice and apply to the skin under your eyes. Leave it on overnight and wash off in the morning.

Keep used tea bags in the fridge. Place them on the skin for 10 minutes and rise after.

Cold Compress

Lack of adequate sleep can cause a host of issues including dark circles to appear under your eyes. It causes your skin to look pale and hence, making the colour of blood vessels under the skin more prominent. Clock in 7 to 9 hours of sleep nightly to avoid the appearance of dark circles forming from fatigue.

Drink Plenty of Water
