How long does it take for my item to be delivered ?

Insider Mall offers 3 to 5 day shipping on all local Malaysia deliveries.

Do note that due to COVID-19 situation and during busy sales and festive periods, deliveries may be delayed. We thank you for your understanding.

Do all items I have ordered arrive on the same date?

Each seller is responsible for the delivery of their items. If you ordered from different sellers, your packages may arrive on different dates. Check the tracking details for each item for the expected date of arrival.   

How can I track my orders?

Check the “‘Orders, Tracking & Returns” in your My Accounts page. You will also be notified by email when your order has been dispatched (usually within 24 -72 hours). 

What is the status of my order ? 

You can review the status of your order on your My Accounts page after you sign into your account to view your order status and history under “Orders, Tracking & Returns”. You can also click the link on your order confirmation email. 

Can I change the address of my paid order?

Sorry, but once you have completed your order, the item will be shipped to the address you provided. 

Do you offer FREE delivery in Malaysia?

We offer FREE delivery for a minimum store purchase total of RM80 per seller.  This is the total price after deductions of coupons, vouchers and discounts. *Applicable to West Malaysia only.

Please note that for some sellers, the minimum store purchase could be higher. Please always check any remarks from the seller’s respective products shop before check out 

How much are delivery fees?

In the event you have to pay for delivery charges, Insider Mall has negotiated a special flat rate of RM6 for any order for West Malaysia under 1 kilogram. Additional Charges of RM1.45 for every subsequent kg. 

For Langkawi, Kedah, the delivery charges for the 1st kilogram is RM6.45 + RM2.10 for every subsequent kg.

For East Malaysia, the delivery fee is RM10 for the 1st kilogram and RM8.60 for every subsequent 0.5 kg. 

What if I am not home when the delivery is made?

Please try and ensure that either yourself or a member of the household is available when the item is being delivered. 

If no one can receive the order and you have instructed the delivery team to leave the item outside the door of the delivery address, this shall be at your sole risk and you will accept all liability and risk of loss, theft, and damage. 

Do I get charged for re-delivery?

If a member of your household was not present to receive the item on the first delivery attempt, we will re-deliver on the next available date. 

There is a re-delivery fee of RM6 if your delivery fails twice. Processing time will take up to 5 days.

I have not yet received my order. What can I do?


We are sorry to hear that. Please check the “Orders, Tracking & Returns” in your My Accounts page to see the delivery status. 

Do note that these times are indicative and subject to availability. If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact the seller from the chat now feature on one of their products and provide: 

1. The waybill and order number of your purchase

2. Your Name and Beauty Insider / Insider Mall Account ID

3. The screenshot of your order details  

4. Alternatively please contact our help centre and we will try and assist.

Can my orders be delivered to an office address?

Our courier requires someone to be present to accept the package, so please ensure you are available at the time of expected delivery.  Because of this, as long as you or a representative are available to receive the package then office addresses are acceptable. 

What if I find the same product is cheaper on another site?

Insider Mall sells 100% authentic products on our platform. The prices on Insider Mall are set solely by Sellers, are accurate at time of purchase, and are subjected to change.

In an event of price adjustments, no refunds will be given. We thank you for your understanding.

Do you have International sellers ?

Currently, most of our sellers are based in Malaysia. We do have international sellers who have been labeled accordingly on their shop / product page.
