Do I need to have an account to shop?

You do not need an account to shop with us! However, without a Beauty Profile, we can’t recommend products and you can’t accumulate rewards points—so you’ll have a better shopping experience if you sign up. You can get tons of exclusive perks once you sign up with us! Create an account here.

How will I know my order is successful?

You will be notified via your registered email address about your order, once payment has been successfully processed. Alternatively, if you do not have an account with us, you will be notified via the email address that you used in your order with us.

A product in my cart is no longer available? What happened? 

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Some products are in high demand, so another customer who made the same order may have completed checkout before you did. But try to check back tomorrow for new stocks, or add the product to your wishlist. 

How can I change my order?

We are sorry but at this time we cannot cancel your order once you submit the order at checkout. 

If you have an error in terms of the address details, please contact us at hello@beautyinsider.my or via our customer service whatsapp immediately and we will try to resolve your issue. However once the order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

How do I use a coupon code?

To use your coupon code, firstly choose your products into your shopping bag and at the check-out process, there will be a field to enter your code at the start of the process. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered per order.

What are the terms & conditions for a promo code?

1. All promo codes can only be used once. 

2. Please refer to the promo code terms and conditions by each seller for redemption. 

3. Each promo code is limited to one purchase per person.

How do I get FREE samples or gifts? 

When you are shopping, you will notice some sellers offer free samples or gifts upon purchase. These are automatically added to your order when you check out. 

Do you accept orders from outside Malaysia?

Sorry! Currently, we can’t ship orders outside Malaysia. 

How can I find out more about the products or if they are suitable for me?

We recommend you contact the sellers directly from the ‘Chat Now’ Function that is available for all sellers’ respective product page. It will trigger a chat with the seller with whom, you can check your queries. 

What are the opening hours of the CHAT Now with Sellers ?

Our sellers are usually available between 9am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays only.
