The concept of dermaroller begins in 1995 when Orentreich successfully applied dermal needling in the form of subcision for scar treatment. In 2006, plastic surgeon Fernandes further devised a drum-shaped tool with multiple needles for percutaneous collagen induction.

These medical-grade 0.5 mm or 1.0 mm needles create multiple micropunctures on the skin. Who is this product for?

Anyone with general knowledge on micro-needling and concerns for acne scars, enlarged pores, fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin

Timeless 192 Micro Needle Dermaroller can be used on the face and body skin. Depending on your results, 0.5 mm dermaroller may be used once every two weeks, 1.0 mm dermaroller may be used once every month.

Step 1: Make sure the dermaroller is clean. Sterilize with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) or similar disinfectant for at least 15 minutes before and after each use.
Step 2: Put on a few drops of theTimeless 20% Vitamin C + E + Ferulic Acid Serum evenly on the skin, followed with Timeless Hyaluronic Acid 100% Pure Serum, or any other non-irritating serums suitable for your skin concerns.
Step 3: Apply Timeless 192 Micro Needle Dermaroller with mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 4: Roll back and forth with the same gentle pressure on the treatment area 5 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally, avoiding open wounds and irritated areas.

To reduce pulling and friction, we recommend rolling with enough drops of our Timeless Hyaluronic Acid 100% Pure Serum.
