In conjunction with World Sight Day on 8th October 2020, L’Occitane Malaysia will be giving the gift of sight to those who need it most with their annual Caring For Sight Charity Kit!

Fighting Avoidable Blindness

Once again, L’Occitane Malaysia continues on their quest to fight avoidable blindness by funding local eyecare projects. This time around, the luxury beauty and fragrance brand teamed up with UCSI University’s Institute of Creative Arts and Design. As a result of the collaboration, students participated in a competition to create the best design for a charity merchandise. This charity merchandise will in turn be funding eye screening and free spectacles to deserving communities in Malaysia.

Empowering Others With The Gift Of Sight

The Caring For Sight Charity this year is about motivating design students to put their skills to good use and help those in need. The winning design was created by Kenny Ling – two hands touching a pair of eyes. In turn, this design will be a limited edition print on L’Occitane’s charity kits.

All proceeds from this kit will go to donations for local blindness prevention projects to deserving communities.
