I have tried to consume Swisse Ultiboost Vitamin D3 for almost 2weeks and I can say, I do feel more energetic than before . Before consuming , I do often feel tired , weak and also body ache almost daily but now I would say no more tiredness and I can do my daily routine happily as well ! This is definitely will be my daily supplement routine hereafter.

After about 10 days of consuming, I totally feel the difference. My energy levels have increased, and I notice it especially when I play sports after a busy day at work. This energy is much needed by a person like me who has a busy schedule but still want to make time for myself when I come home every evening. This supplement is totally worth a try, especially if you struggle to include calcium in your daily diet.

I have been struggling with my daily calcium intake because I hate milk. No chance of me drinking any type of milk - cow/goat or even formula. My doctor advised me to take vitamin D as it is crucial for bone health and immune system function. I chose to try the Swisse Vitamin D3 1000IU. I love that it is tiny, so it makes it easier to consume. It has no lingering after taste and are a good every day Vitamin D supplement when I need a bit of a Vitamin D boost. Be sure to drink a lot of water (especially when taking vitamins), on a full stomach/with food. Recently I was hired and had to undergo a medical checkup for the company. It was about 3 weeks after taking a capsule a day, results show that my vitamin D levels had increased so I can definitely say that these Vit D capsules work. I found it on sale and would recommend it for an economical option.

Within the first few weeks of taking my vitamins I had so much energy. Since I'm doing my job at office and at the same time i’m a baker i didn’t feel tired as before. Highly recommended!
