Those skin around your feet—or just your feet in particular—is an extension of your whole body and face. Most people really put their feet as the least important part of their body. They tend to skip all things pedicure, and bluntly ignore all those dry skin around their feet that are desperately in need of a big TLC. Did you know that your feet, out of all, are the most important part of your body out of all? How can they not, they are the ones responsible to carry you around and bring you to all the places you wished to go. So again, my question; how can you not prioritise them?

Using The Right Foot Cream

UV rays, environmental aggressors, heat and wearing too much footwear—especially those uncomfortable ones all lead to the total damage of your feet. Not to mention shifting from one activity to another, moving around like a maniac whether indoors or outdoors—all of it resulting in a dry and flaky foot. And just like the skin on your face, your feet also can lack hydration, causing them to run out of moisture, hence why they’re cracking now. Our solution? Invest in a good foot cream you can find in the market. You may say, ‘’Oh but I use the same cream I apply on my body, and drag them down to coat my entire foot.’’ Er yeah, sure. But those regular body creams will sit only for a while.

Not to mention, they’re quite superficial to use. The right and real foot cream will not repair your feet skin but also penetrate deeper into the layer of epidermis and start building up hydration that was lost due to constant moving and walking. We suggest you look for a ceramide-based creams that contain at least 10% urea that can demolish dead skin cells. And watch your feet transform into the younger version of itself.

Scrub Your Feet, Too

Just as much as you need to exfoliate your face, the same goes to your feet. And we can’t stress this enough, please do your best to get rid of all those dead skin cells. Once you exfoliate, a healthier and smoother skin barrier will start to take place. And who doesn’t want clean feet anyway? I know for sure, I do. There are hundreds of foot scrub available in the market, you just have to be diligent enough to find them. But our choice? Of course those with sugar scrub and a good antibacterial property.

Our feet tend to be exposed to bacteria and fungal problems compared to the rest of the body. So make sure you protect them from all those harmful properties.

Consume Healthy Supplements

Have you ever noticed that sometimes your toenails become yellow-ish? Or worse, they have these build-ups of dark colour and foul odour? Sorry to break it to you, you toenails have been exposed to a very bad environment and somehow became so dry that they ran out of their natural pink and healthy colour. The result? Your nails become brittle, ridges, and turn unpleasant to look at. Our verdict? Consume a health supplement. Find a supplement that contains heavy skin-booster ingredients, vitamins and mineral supplements. Just like our hairs, our nails are made of a powerful protein called keratin.

So, in terms of food and beverages, you need to incorporate a heavy protein-based food into your diet. Something with magnesium will 100% help fix your toe and feet problems—leafy greens, seeds and legumes.

However, if you prefer topical treatments, a good ole’ vegetable oil rub on top of your brittle toenails can fix it all. We believe that this method will not only help with the growth of a brand new toenails, but bringing the healthier, stronger version of your toenails. Vegetable oil can also help fix split nail problems, so if you have problems with weak and split toes, rub vegetable oil on top of them. Simple yet effective, right
