Loh Cosmetics & Lased Surgery was founded by Dr. Loh Lay Soon, a Penang-based Aesthetic Practitioner who specialises in cosmetic skin and laser treatments. Dr. Loh has been practitioning Aesthtetic and Laser Medicine for 25 years. He provides skin rejuvenation of the face and body and improvements to a wide range of skin conditions, by sometimes combining treatments.
