The 3CE Velvet Lip Tint makes soft gradients on the lips. This helps people having trouble creating lip gradients achieve the perfect soft-looking lips through its thick mousse formulation that glides onto the lips with ease using the lip applicator. As an added benefit, it also keeps lips hydrated. This prevents the lips from cracking.

The 3CE Velvet Lip Tint is highly pigmented. It is designed to last all day. This prevents the need to do lip retouches. It is available in 10 shades.

To use the 3CE Velvet Lip Tint:

Twist the cap to open.
Apply a decent amount onto lips.
Optionally, you can smudge it with a fingertip or lip brush for a softer finish.
