You can wear it alone or layer it with shades in the collection to create a more intense effect. This is one of the few eyeliners that doesn’t contain Sulfates and Phthalates, making it eco-friendly as well. The precise, thin-tipped brush makes it easy to create fine lines and even sweep sparkle all over your lids. The glitter is suspended in a gel, so it won’t separate in the bottle. Peach and cucumber extract condition the skin, while carrot extract smooths and softens.
