When you first get your hands on the Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Toner, it comes in a white bottle with all the ingredients labelled on the back. For those that aren’t too fond of fragrance in their products, the Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Toner will be perfect for you. It has a light fragrance and has a non-watery consistency. Upon squeezing it out, the colour of the product resembles that of frosty milk. Aside from that, it is a little thicker compared to other toners on the market. For us, we wholly believe that this facial toner is worth your time and effort!
