She spoke to Vogue Britain not long ago, on how she manages to stick to her youthful radiance—and that includes her fitness, what she eats in a day, what products she uses for her hair, so on and so forth, basically we have the code to Jennifer Anniston wellness bible.

And all of that includes layering SPF daily, drinking 8 glasses of water (or maybe more), and getting enough beauty sleep. 

And speaking of sun protection, it still surprises me how many people aren’t still incorporating sunscreen into their daily beauty routine. Protecting the layer of your skin by lathering sunscreen everyday should not be up for a debate. How many of you are aware of the danger that UV rays bring? And yet, you’re still taking it very lightly—skin damage like wrinkles, uneven skin tones, dull skin and worse, skin cancer are all due to the harmful sunlight. Now, since Jennifer Aniston has revealed her secrets, you would want to change your mind about inserting sunscreen into your beauty arsenal. Okay? 

Speaking to Vogue, Jen Ann swore by her 111skin sheet mask, and the Rose Gold Illuminating Eye Mask to soothe her under eye problem. She said those masks essentially help her skin relax before any special occasion. Let’s say if she has a live TV interview or red carpet she has to walk on to, she will slap some of those masks before applying any makeup.

And before you think to yourself ‘’oh that’s all?’’, no that’s not all. For weekly facial treatments, she will pay a visit to celebrities trusted dermatologist; Melanie Simon and Joanna Czech. She’s currently into those advanced facial harnesses and nano electrical currents, to help prompt and initiate the skin for a plumpier and healthier complexion. And best believe it aint cheap either. That person happened to be her old pal and hairstylist, Chris McMillan. Chris sometimes tag-teamed with hair colourist Michael Canale to produce those famous, Jennifer Aniston blonde trademark. And according to both McMillan and Canale, Jennifer’s colour is called honey-caramel. So if you’re planning to get that colour just say the magic words.

Her Fitness

The best part about this Jennifer Aniston fitness bible is that the part where she broke down almost everything about her body movement. And of course, everyone is aware of how Jennifer Anniston prioritizes her fitness journey. She absolutely worked super hard to get and maintain that body.
