What are the benefits of these period underwear?

intimawear™ by Libresse® is a period underwear designed for any flows your vagina throws at them. There’s no need for any other period products as the built-in absorbent gusset is there to lock everything snugly in. They’re also better for the planet and a more sustainable option for your period – just bleed, wash and repeat, wear after wear.

Do I also need other period products?

You don’t need to wear any other period care whilst wearing our period underwear if you have a light to medium flow. If you have a very heavy period flow, we’d probably recommend a thin pad as an additional backup – there’s no right or wrong way when it comes to period care, whatever works for you.

How do I wash intimawear by Libresse®?

There are a few easy steps to wash your intimawear™ by Libresse. Firstly, rinse them in cold water. Then, pop them in your washing machine at 40 degrees with your usual load (don’t use fabric softener or bleach as this can affect the efficiency of the pants). Then simply hang to dry or tumble dry on low. We wouldn’t recommend you to dry clean them.
