The mobile platform will be available from 13th November to 13th December 2020 and it’s all for a good cause. So here’s all you need to know about it!

A virtual world that encourages green and sustainable habits

Kiehl’s Malaysia’s World Made Better is a mobile platform offering fun exploration, sustainability-themed games and lots of Kiehl’s prizes up for grabs! Ultimately, the goal of this CSR initiative is to encourage the community to start cultivating greener habits to increase the Green Index level in the Kiehl’s universe. It’s a fun and rewarding way that players can learn more about sustainability while staying at home during the CMCO.

To join the World Made Better platform, all you have to do is head over to the website on your mobile device and register to start playing. You’ll even get to enjoy a free deluxe-sized product from Kiehl’s when you sign up on the platform!

First, you’ll start off by personalizing your very own nature-powered avatar. Once that’s done, you can immediately start exploring the virtual world, discover all there is to know about Kiehl’s and complete 5 easy tasks to unlock a unique promo code. In turn, you can then use this promo code to redeem rewards upon your checkout online.

Support green initiatives and do you part for the environment

Besides launching their first virtual platform, Kiehl’s Malaysia is also partnering up with 3 environmental non-profit organization for the first time to support their green initiatives. Additionally, Kiehl’s Malaysia will be gathering a total sum of RM45,000 by donating RM10 from every purchase coming from the campaign to these organizations to fund the following projects:

WWF Malaysia: Ulu Muda Freshwater Conservation

For this project, WWF Malaysia‘s is advocating to reclassify Ulu Muda as a Protected Area to legally protect it from land conversion, timber extraction and wildlife poaching. In addition, it will only permit activities that encourage the conservation of biodiversity and ecotourism.

Malaysian Nature Society: Hornbill Guardian Program

As the Malaysian hornbill is now an endangered species, the Malaysian Nature Society seeks to engage the extensive knowledge of our indigenous people to protect hornbills in Malaysia.

EcoKnights: Trees For Us

EcoKnights involves the community with their on-ground rehabilitation efforts to plant more trees in urban areas. The goal is to improve the greenery of our landscape and increase the carbon sink capacity within the area.
